Embodiment Meditation:
You have a body for a purpose. During these guided meditations, you will begin to connect with your body and breath. As you become more aware of the body you will be able to experience more health (physically, mentally, emotionally, personal and in relationships). We will guide you through breathing and movement to create even more harmony and healing space in the body.
