By changing the placement of that one letter, we completely change the perspective. When we are reacting we're always catching up and at the mercy of the next event that will require another reaction. From a point of creation, we stay ahead of the curve making the situations that we find best suited for ourselves and we're in the proverbial driver's seat.
In our health, we can also choose to either react or create. If we wait for the heart attack, stroke, or diagnosis to trigger activity we're reacting and relying on circumstances to get us moving. Once these things happen catching back up and reclaiming the freedom of good health is often a long, arduous process.
Contrast that to creating health. You eat right, exercise, get enough sleep, drink plenty of water, breathe well, have more positive thoughts, and stay tuned into your body's personal guidance system of feelings. From here you generate a body of vitality and health, free for living a life that allows for playing with grandkids, working in the garden, taking that special vacation. Instead of being limited by constantly being stuck in a state of reaction, you move ahead and create the health you dream of.
