First things first. You can't isolate the body into separate sections all distinct from one another (where most of healthcare falls flat on its face). The body is a cohesive unit designed for healthy cells in every tissue and organ. When one cell is sick, the rest are also suffering though maybe not to the same degree. This is why you have to apply tools for every area of your life to truly find health.
